Meg was transfered to Craig Hospital today around 2:15pm via ambulance.  Meg is adjusting to her new home for a few months.
For those of you who may not know, Craig Hospital exclusively treats patients with spinal cord injuries or traumatic brain injuries, and it is a world renowned facility located right here in Englewood Colorado. It was a little confusing and overwhelming when we first arrived and saw all the wheel chairs and patients and crazy adaptive equipment in the hallways. Craig is a busy, busy place indeed. Thankfully, Meg's Lockheed Martin colleague and former Craig patient Dan Marshall met us at Craig and really helped to ease Meg's tension and anxiety. In no time, we were meeting the nursing staff and Meg's new Doctor, Dr. Lanig. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional, and I must say, I think the first night at Craig was the best night of sleep that Meg has had since this all began a week and a half ago.

Meg is transported by ambulance from Longmont United Hospital to Craig Hospital in Englewood Colorado, where she will undergo months of therapy and rehabilitation.
