MAY 28, 2009 Meg's day started out great. She was up and dressed and ready to go by 9:00am which is no small feat. She had physical therapy at 9:00 and was fitted for a manual wheelchair. This means that she is gaining some good upper body and arm strength. She looked good in her new chair. She was able to wheel herself around the gym, although slowly, but she was doing it. When she gains more strength she will be wheeling all over the hospital. Meg had some more visitors today, Larry Bloom and Mike Wyn. We all had lunch together outside on the patio. Meg continues to enjoy the visits from friends.
